Subject to our workload at the time of appointment, we can appoint a contractor on your behalf and administer a standard building contract between them and you during the construction stage.
Please let us know at an early stage if you require any onsite services and do note, we can only offer onsite services for projects where we have been responsible for the design and when we have sufficient time within our current workloads.
