At this stage of the project we will update the previously prepared concept drawings, prepare additional detailed drawings and submit an application on your behalf for building regulation approval.
These drawings will show a lot more detail than the previous feasibility and concept drawings and should provide all the information a competent builder will need to both accurately price and complete the proposed works.
If your project requires input from any other design specialist, such as a structural engineer, we can arrange appointment on your behalf.
